In this section of the OIE, we analyze three concepts:

- HEALTH TRACKING to ensure quality products and HUMAN CONSUMPTION
A) inoculated TAL HEALTH: HOW TO START SENDING FOOD SAFETY It has long been known that 60% of known infectious human diseases are of animal origin (domestic or wild animals), like 75% of emerging human diseases and 80% of pathogens that can be used for bioterrorism . We also know that regular feeding of the people with noble proteins derived from milk, egg or meat is vital, and that its absence is a public health problem. Food Safety: Health Safety: Ensure that you eliminate or control all the factors, elements or agents in foods that minimize risks to consumer health. Safety Nutrition: Influence through the regulation of food composition in promoting health and preventing deficiency-related diseases and / or excess nutrients. FAO An estimated three million people in the developed and developing countries die each year from diseases transmitted by food and water, and many millions more become ill. FAO aims to promote food safety and prevent foodborne diseases, protecting consumers and promoting fair practices in food trade through the adoption of the Codex Alimentarius standards.
B) HEALTH OF PRODUCTION: BIOACONDICIONADO ANIMAL / FOOD SECURITY According to some assessments, global production losses due to diseases that affect animals for consumption exceed the 20%, it follows that even animal diseases not transmissible to humans could cause serious public health problems for the hardships and shortcomings that may entail. FAO “Food security exists when all people at all times have physical and economic access to sufficient safe and nutritious food to meet their dietary needs and food preferences for food to lead active and healthy.” (World Food Summit, 1996)
C) HEALTH TRACKING to ensure quality products and HUMAN CONSUMPTION Not only must avoid production losses or kill the animal, but also and should maximize production in order to offer more protein to the world a better price, keeping the gain from increased production and not by their scarcity in the offer. In this process of health and production is needed and valued by consumers HEALTH TRACKING, to control the indiscriminate and unauthorized use of antibiotics and hormones, dangerous for human health.
