Objectives: To analyze the modern theory of agribusiness and assess the characteristics and behavior of Argentine food industry and agribusiness, with special emphasis on the involvement of actors and links in each chain of the sector, the export performance of yourself, your relationship with the other economic sectors, and its specific role in the process of economic development.
Present and evaluate goals and systems analysis methods oriented to the economy and business and describe and analyze the nature and functioning of the most important Argentine agribusiness value chains, with the characterization of actors and roles in each chain (cereals, oilseeds, meat beef, dairy, fruit and vegetables among others).
